Alpine Spaghetti


Ingredients:

1/2 cup Pinon Nuts
1/2 cup Grated Romano Cheese
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning (equal parts of basil, thyme, oregano, garlic)
1 tablespoons Olive Oil or Safflower Oil
1 handful Spaghetti Noodles
Water

Directions:

  1. Add spaghetti and oil to boiling water; cook until soft.
  2. Drain water.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Heat until warm.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

Suggestion:

This is delicious when served with wild greens or alfalfa sprout salad.
