Basic Biscuit Mix
Ingredients:
2 cups Flour 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 tablespoon Baking Powder 1 tablespoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Dry Milk 1/2 cup Shortening
Directions:
Prepare Ahead:
Mix together the dry ingredients.
Cut in the shortening with two knives, mixing together until the shortening is in tiny pieces (smaller than peas).
Put the mix into a plastic bag.
Trail Directions:
Add 1/4 cup cold water per cup of mix.
