Dutch Oven Deep Pan Pizza


Ingredients:

1 pound Sausage or Ground Beef
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Martha White Dough Mix
Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
Onions, Chopped Olives, Etc.

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain sausage or beef.
  2. Preheat Dutch Oven and lid.
  3. Grease bottom and sides with oil or cooking spray.
  4. Prepare Martha White dough mix as per instructions. Omit rise time if time is limited.
  5. Spread dough out thinly on bottom and up 1” on sides of oven.
  6. Pour in pizza sauce.
  7. Add meat.
  8. Add other ingredients to your liking.
  9. Add cheese.
  10. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  11. Remove from coals and serve.
