Gingerbread Pudding
(Serves 8)
Ingredients:
3 cups Applesauce 1 package (13 oz.) Gingerbread Mix (include the ingredients for the mix per instructions)
Directions:
Pour the applesauce into a previously oiled Dutch Oven.
Cover and heat until bubbly.
Prepare gingerbread batter per instructions.
Pour batter over hot applesauce.
Cover and bake approximately 30 minutes or until gingerbread topping is done.
