Red Lentil Glop
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
2 small handfuls Red Lentils 1 small handful Sunflower Seeds 1 or 2 handfuls Dried Onions, Mushrooms and Zucchini Mix Pepper to taste Garlic Powder to taste
Onion Powder to taste Cheese (any kind); shredded or cut into small chunks Water
Directions:
Bring water to a boil.
Add all the ingredients except the cheese.
Boil until lentils are reasonably soft (approximately 6-8 minutes).
Pour out excess water.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Shovel into mouth with a trusty spoon.
