Ingredients:
3 cups Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans) 1/2 cup Sunflower Oil 1/3 cup Onion, Minced 5 large Cloves Garlic, Minced 1/2 cup Tahini
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Parsley, Chopped
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed.
- Chill; serve cold.
