Skillet Bread
Ingredients:
Bisquik or Muffin Mix Water or Powdered Milk
Directions:
Mix water and/or powdered milk with Bisquik, muffin mix, corn meal mix, etc. to form a batter.
Drop a spoonful at a time in your Teflon skillet and cook as you would a pancake.
This is easy to experiment with: try adding corn, chopped onions, dates, oatmeal, peppers, potato
flakes, raisins, nuts and berries, okra, etc.
