Stuffed Bananas


(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

2 Bananas
2 teaspoons Mint or Plain Chocolate Chips
Aluminum Foil

Directions:

  1. Leave the peel on the bananas and cut a slit deep down the side of each.
  2. Stuff a teaspoon of chips into each banana.
  3. Wrap in a double layer of aluminum foil.
  4. Cover in coals and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Eat with a spoon.

Variations:

Add nuts and/or marshmallows instead of or with chocolate chips.
