Traveling Grasshopper Pie
(Serves 3-4)
Ingredients:
1 small package Instant Pistachio Pudding 2/3 cup Instant Dry Milk 1/2 teaspoon Mint Flavoring 12 chocolate filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, smashed
Directions:
Add 1 3/4 cups cold water to the pudding and milk; mix thoroughly.
Add mint flavoring.
If possible, chill a few minutes to thicken.
In each bowl, but a layer of cookie crumbs, pudding, and more crumbs.
