Vegetarian Chili
(Serves 3-4)
Ingredients:
Vegetarian Chili Mix 15-19 oz. can Kidney Beans, dry before trip 15-19 oz. can Black Beans, dry before trip 1 cup Diced Sundried Tomatoes 4-6 oz. Grated Colby Cheese
Directions:
Prepare chili mix as per instructions.
Add beans and tomatoes.
Simmer 10-15 minutes.
Top with grated cheese and serve.
